In the last academic year (2012/2013) two of my courses were selected for student evalution by the deans of studies. Computational Social Simulation got the overall rating of 1.0 (1 best, 5 worst) and Grundlagen der Mikroökonomie (Principles of Microeconomics) was rated 1.57 (1 best, 5 worst).

In July 2013 I organized and taught an intense BEST summer course (40 hours) on games, game theory, social/economic experiments and computational social simulation: Game ON: From Theory to Practice! for selected students (30 selected from 338 applications) from a number of European Technical Universities [Prof. Mehlmann taught the part on game theory].

From 2003-2014 I advised 50+ bachelor thesis and supported 15+ master thesis (assistance only sometimes credited to me) and provided extensive support for 4 doctoral students (Wolfgang Radax [f], Manuel Wäckerle [f], Tobias Haberler [o], Wolfgang Köpf [o]).

In 2011, I was awarded with the Teacher's Award of the Faculty of Informatics and the computer science student's union for outstanding teaching performance for the course Information Economics, held in the academic year 2010/2011.
